Emma Ludeke

Emma joined Wiltshire Family Law as a Lawyer in January 2011. After completing High School in Northern New South Wales in 2003, Emma obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2006. Emma completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law Queensland in 2007 whilst working at a Property Law Firm in Southport.
Emma was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in or around January 2008 and also in the High Court of Australia.

In September 2009 Emma commenced employment at a boutique Specialist Family Law Firm on the Gold Coast.

Emma has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law and communicates openly and clearly with her clients to ensure they understand the process in which they are engaged. Emma particularly enjoys assisting clients in resolving complicated parenting matters.

Emma is available to assist those clients who wish to deal with a Female Lawyer or those who wish to engage in the Collaborative Law process.

Emma is also available to conduct Meditations for those who wish to explore a less litigious process.
