Andrew Wiltshire

Andrew has practised exclusively in the area of family and relationship law throughout his legal career and has gained wide recognition from clients and his peers particularly in complex property and parenting disputes. Andrew has a particular interest in the preparation of Binding Financial Agreements (pre-nuptial agreement).
As a result, Andrew has developed a strong client and referrer base across Australia and is also regularly invited to present at seminars and training sessions to a variety of legal and financial organisations.

Andrew established Wiltshire Family Law (then Andrew Wiltshire Family Lawyers) in 2006 after recognising that Family Law service is best delivered to clients in a boutique, specialist environment where the sole focus is assisting clients through the challenges of separation.

After completing his secondary education at The Southport School on the Gold Coast, Andrew completed his formal legal qualifications at James Cook University of North Queensland and Queensland University of Technology.

Andrew is a proud sponsor of the Gold Coast Hospital Foundation, TSS Foundation and the Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club.
